Elizabeth Gilbert on creativity

Elizabeth Gilbert has written the novel Eat Pray Love, which I have not read. Here she speaks about the creative process, about genius being something external instead of internal, and of a poet trying to chase a poem across a field. There is even some Tom Waits in here. If you have 20 minutes to spare this talk would be wise to fill your time with. Elizabeth is a talented storyteller who takes the creative process very seriously without making it into something it is not, which I find is common when people talking about this elusive and misused concept.
